30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: (applies only to OptrixHD website purchases)
If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied with your Optrix case you may return it to us for a refund. Any OptrixHD product that was damaged due to reasons not covered under our OptrixHD warranty will not be refunded under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Please also note that this guarantee can only be used for OptrixHD products purchased from our online store at www.optrixhd.com.

OPTRIXHD WARRANTY:
OptrixHD, LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide (“Optrix”) warrants our Optrix products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). Optrix does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Optrix. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Optrix product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Optrix will (i) repair the Optrix product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the Optrix product with a new or refurbished comparable Optrix product at our sole discretion. For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

If you have damaged your case for any reason and would like to take advantage of our crash replacement program, please contact our service department. Crash replacements will incur a $20 charge. Replacement is at the some discretion of Optrix and will be filled with new or refurbished parts.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Unfortunately we cannot warranty your Optrix for the following issues:
1) Misuse or improper handling
2) Optrix does not in any way warranty the safety of any device you place into our case.
3) Crash damage. Optrix cannot refund or replace units due to crash damage. You are welcome to send us your unit for service and hopefully we can get your product up and running inexpensively.

OPTRIXHD WEB RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you bought your item directly from this website and you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can follow the steps below to forward your return. We will credit the card you used once we have received the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

RETURN STEPS:
1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from OptrixHD Customer Service: service@optrixhd.com
2. Carefully package products along with a copy of the RMA form that we provide to you.
3. Be sure to write legibly the RMA number assigned to you on the outside of the box.
4. We must physically receive the returned product within 14 days of when we issued you your RMA.
